Some of my coolest Art Making Moments

• Being featured in When Sisters Speak on stage at the St Lawrence Centre for the Performing Arts (2017 and 2019) – this is the largest Spoken Word Poetry show in Canada
• Writing and presenting my first play excerpt at Piece of Mine’s Black Women in Theatre Festival (2020)
• Inspiring thousands of students I have taught since 2007 to find their voice in poetry.

Performances 

I perform spoken word poetry.  I have performed across the country for both small and large crowds and inspiring people through my words is my favourite thing to do.
